Spring Time is Near!

As Spring time approaches let us remember to keep our pets safe from all the excitement they know and love. With the weather getting warmer, our companions like to take those long walks again in the park and enjoy the surroundings. For that reason safety is important especially when around other pets in those same places. Checking leashes and collars for our pets is crucial to be sure they are in good condition following the winter months. If not, replace them with new ones. It is always better to be safe than to be sorry. So, get out there with you forever companion and enjoy!

Well Christmas and New Year’s are here and upon us. At this time of the year it is important to be on alert and be cautious about our companions as to what they eat and where they go. They are as excited as we are and the fun is endless. So for this reason, we need to be vigilant, pay close attention and remember that they can sometimes get into things they shouldn’t get into. Fall Time Once Again!

Here we are Fall time has arrived once again. Fall time is that time of year to make sure you have what is needed to carry through the winter with your forever companion. Because the temperature will start getting colder there are many things a pet parent has to remember. For example, new winter sweater or jackets are at the top of the list. Booties (if they will let you put them on) is another great winter item to have on hand for those wintery days when snow is on the ground. I can go on and on with the list. As a pet parent it is your responsibility to be sure that you are ready when Winter arrives.

Wow Spring/Summer!

Its finally here, Spring and Summer have arrived. This is a time to really be on alert for ticks and insect’s that can affect your companion in a number of ways. When out with your companion, take notice of where your companion wanders. It is always best to be sure they have on a flea and tick collar or treated with a flea and tick drop for their protection. Either way you can rest assure that they will be protected no matter where you may go with them.

Fall and Winter is Here!

Now that Summer is behind us we can concentrate on Fall and Winter. We know that this time of year can be a bit intimidating for our companions. They know and sense the change of season from warm to cold. We as pet parents need to accommodate them in the best way we know how to prepare them for this change. Be sure to keep this in mind as we care for them so they experience th least amount of stress during the transition.
